Pinholes, very fine. Location printed on certificate: Greenville, Plumas Co., California. The company was incorporated in New York in 1880 by Henry C Bidwell, the father of Greenville. Bidwell also served as president for the Green Mountain Gold Mining Co. at Crescent Mills and the Gold Stripe Mining Co. of California at Greenville. The Cherokee Mine was above Crescent Mills and located about 1860, previously known as the Kettle Mine.
