This is a collection of eleven circus photos. 5 in. X 7 in. Four of the photos are of parlor cards and broadsides. The rest are photos of interesting characters: the Waite family, Unize the Circassian Wonder of the Forebaugh-Sells Brothers Circus of 1900; M'lle Zenobia of the McGinley Shows season 1874; clowns from the Campbell Bros. show undated; the crowd at Barnum and Bailey in Michell, S.D. July,1907; a group photo of the W.W. Cole Circus 1881; Lewie, age 15, the Tattooed Boy, Circus History Specialties photo; Laloo Strangest of Circus Freaks (with the torso of a parasitic twin brother) who died in a train wreck in 1905; the remaining four photos are of broadsides of circuses of the past such as the American National Caravan, Menagerie and Aviary Zoological Institute and Circuses of the past by Chas.
