Tennessee secession letter dated June 7, 1861. It's written to someone named "Frost" and signed by one "H.F. Farnsworth." It takes a lot of shots at President Lincoln, referring to him as "Abraham I," who, according to Farnsworth, has told the states that should they ratify articles of separation, then mail service from the North to the South will seize. The beautifully handwritten letter comes with a full transcription and is in very nice condition. Please see photos for more details. [Memphis] [Tennessee] [] [] []
