This is a series of three documents that relate to a rape by David Andrews of one Hettie baker, also referred to as "Orphan Girl," in 1864. She was deposed and claimed in her deposition that while milking cows in the barn of Joseph Bollinger of Liberty Township, Andrews entered the barn and forced himself upon her. Included is a subpoena and what appears to be two handwritten depositions. All in very readable condition. Please see photos for more details. [Gettysburg] [Pennsylvania] [] [cr] []
