Lot of 5. 1) 1920 certificate from the Executive Department of Indiana, Adjutant General's Office, certifying the enrollment of William Hagenbuck in Company 13, 138th Regiment Indiana on May 11th, 1864. Mustered out at Indianapolis, Sept. 30th, 1864. Age at enlistment, 18 years. Signed by the adjutant general, Harry B. SMith, and Hagenbuck. Highly pictorial. Also a 1928 document from the Bureau of Pensions for Mary Hagenbuck, widow of William. 2) 1861 Troy, New York typed notice from the Headquarters of the 10th Brigade notifying of a general election for Col., Lt. Col., and Major in a newly organized Volunteer Regiment. Addressed to Captain Geo. H. Otis, who was promted to major in July 1861 and resigned in 1862. 3) 1886 booklet, Grand Army of the Republic, In Memory of Senior Vice-President Samuel N. Benjamin.Lafayette Post No. 140. 32 pp. 4) 1928 Discharge Certificate (replacement) for Howard Conway, of Co. L., 18th Infantry, enlisted in 1917 at Jefferson Barracks in Missouri.
