Signed by Piper as president and the secretary. Not cancelled. Black border and print with allegorical, tropical-themed vignette by Britton & Rey. 25 cent US IR stamp attached at bottom left. 5.25 x 9.5" Folds. 2) Prospectus is 3 pp., and is a history of the company and a discussion of the various agricultural products and mining opportunities in Bolivia. 10.5 x 8" Fascinating pair.
