Lot of 10. Unissued, but signed by the president and secretary. Signed by Charles Giddings as president and a different Giddings as secretary. Brown border, gold seal, and three mining vignettes. 9.5 x 12" According to a Jan. 4, 1902 Lead Daily Call article, the company acquired 200 acres on the west flank of Bald Mountain and were planning on erecting a cyanide mill. Their mine properties were 4 miles from the Homestake and were "contiguous to and almost surrounded by the Bald Mountain, Ragged Top and Squaw Creek mines." Their claims consisted of numerous lodes including the Funston, Frost, Little Eva, Buffalo, Link Fraction, May, and others.
