Signed by president Charles A. White and secretary George H. Drew. Issuee left blank. Unusual design for a stock in that it more resembles a bond. Black border and print, with a vignette of miners and an ore cart. Printed by Spaulding, Cotton & Co., Boston. 9.25 x 5.5" Folds, creases. Not listed in C&L. Not mentioned in Burchard. However, we found one mention of the Colorado & New England Mining & Smelting Company owning the Red Lion Mine in Clear Creek County (The Daily Express, August 27th, 1883).
