Lot of two different. 1) Hidden Treasure Consolidated Mining Company. No. 94, issued for 5,000 shares to EW Ramsey in 1885 in Leadville. Signed by president Geo. B. Davison and secretary Dougal. Not cancelled. Black border and print. 8 x 10.25" Folds, creases, toning. We believe this to be a Leadville mine. C&L list 18 "Hidden Treasure" mines in Colorado in 1883. Scarce Leadville stock; we have no previous sales records for it. 2) Golden Treasure Mining & Tunnel Company. "Mines in the Cripple Creek District" (printed under title). No. 1909, issued for 1,000 shares to C. Dick in 1900. Signed by vice president Sutherland and the secretary. Not cancelled. Blue border and seal. Folds, creases. 7 x 10.25" According to Hills, they owned the Chicago and Clipper on Howell Hill and the Little Clayton on Bull Hill.
