"Combat" Mudhead by by Earl Patterson. Kachina dressed w/ boots, fatigues, and vest. 9" x 2.5" x 2.5". Eyes missing. Sunweuma is also known as Earl Patterson (Hopi name: T-S-Hepya, Sunaweuma). He is a talented and upcoming Kachina carver. His work is gaining more and more recognition amongst Kachina admirers and collectors. He has been carving since 1985 under the guidance of well known carver, Brian Loma. Still, Earl's style and work is different from that of Brian Loma's. Earl tries and plans on being one of the best carvers ever!!! Earl's favorite part in the making of a Kachina doll is the painting. He was born on July 9, 1973 in Winslow, Arizona.
