Lot of 2. 1) H. A. Comins billhead, dealer in lumber, shingles, doors, windows, moldings, hay, and grain. Letter to Tillmore asks forgiveness for late payment. Comins was an oft elected state senator in the 1890's from White Pine County. 2) Letter from W. N. McGill to W. H. Tillmore. References the Cowger estate. McGill, Nevada was where the smelter and mill for the Kennecott Mining Company was located. It is named for the McGill Ranch owned at one time by W. N. 'Billy' McGill. Heavy tape marks and a tear on this piece.
