Documents for this rail are scarce. 2) Two Virginia & Truckee Railroad Employee passes (1878 & 1879) for travel from Carson to Virginia. One is listed as a fireman. Stamp Yerington signature. 3) Two 1879 shipping receipts for the V&T: Carson to Mound House, shoes to Meyer in Dayton and rare Ophir Station for shipment of metal and pipe. Both about 5 x 7." 4) Virginia & Truckee waybill for May 10, 1878 for shipment from Franktown to Carson. 5) Illustrated billhead for Britton & Rey (San Francisco) attached to Virginia & Truckee voucher, 1901, for letterheads.
