Incorporated in 1878, this is a bilingual stock. The top half is in English, complete with vignette and signatures. The bottom half is in Spanish and is not filled out. Our consignor notes that only one language needs to be filled in, so this stock is fully issued. Cert. #83 is issued to Julius A. Skelton for 100 shares. Signed by John R. Frisbie, President, and W. T. Hamilton, Treasurer. Vignette is of 8 miners working with picks and shovels at the foot of some hills. Brown border and print, with embossed seal. U/C. Printer: Wm. Lee & Co., New York.
