Lot of two. 1) The first is a print from an 1863 negative held at the State Historical Society of Colorado. Brendlinger was the mayor of Denver in 1864 and 1865. Brendlinger was a known photographer and may have taken this picture. OF special interest is the sign for the C. A. Cook & Company Bank. Be sure to check out the 'check' we are offering this auction for sale. 5 x 7". Not even Denver's official site on mayors gave much information about Brendlinger. 2) CDV of the Brendlinger Building. Photographer was Chamberlain who was located on Larimer Street in the Graham Block. 2 1/2 x 4". City: Denver State: Colorado Date: c1860s hwac# 26769
