# 122 for 1 share to Vesta Vae Dickey. Signed by vice president Cornelius!!! Also secretary Graves. Not cancelled. Dateline 1931. Incorporated 1930 in Nevada. Black on brown safety paper. Eagle vignette. Condition is fair with rips at fold edges! Comes with two letters. One apologizing for the late delivery of the stock. And number 2 a 1931 invitation to a flight of their plane in Burbank on February 23, 1931. Two of the more interesting planes were the XFG-1, an American military fuel transporting towed glider, without a tailplane and with a forward-swept wing. Two were built but development ended in 1945. And the XBG-3, an American "bomb glider". Using an unconventional design that included a forward-swept wing, a single prototype was ordered in 1942; however the contract was cancelled later that year before the aircraft had been constructed.
