UNCLAIMED MERCHANDISE: In the event that a successful bidder has paid in full for their merchandise but fails to settle outstanding shipping invoices or make arrangements for merchandise pickup within 60 days, HWAC reserves the right to declare the merchandise forfeited. A document signed September, 1819 by Charlotte County Coroner John A. Adams with regards to the suicide death of Thomas Cook. The coroner states that after viewing the body of Cook, he decided that the decedent , himself killed, strangled and murdered." Cook hung himself from a maple tree, by a grapevine.
