A group of about 36 pieces of printed letterheads and billheads with some personal correspondence, all from or related to Shelby, a town in Toole County, Montana, originally at the junction of the Great Northern Railway and the Great Falls & Canada Railway. Today the town has a population of just over 3,000 people. Hosting a heavyweight boxing match between Jack Dempsey and Tommy Gibbons in 1923 nearly bankrupted the town.
