Letters from the Department of the Interior about mining claims, County Clerks Office, the Montana Stock Grower's Association, the Live Stock Commission, State of Montana Board of Stock Commissioners are included. Mr. Fratt died in 1912 and therefore left his wife as one of the wealthiest women in Montana.
