Signed by R. Kirman as president and secretary Anderson. Not cancelled. Vignette of mine. Ink has faded. Richard Kirman was the mayor of Reno and father of a future governor of Nevada. Muller ran a batch house and drug store (some history included). METAL ADVERTISEMENT OF BATH HOUSE INCLUDED. Tingley describes the Eagle and Washoe Valley District, also known as the Voltaire District, as being located near the base of the mountains, on the east slope of the Carson Range and 3 miles west of Carson City.
