Signed by C. G. Pearce, and Thomas Biggs. Printed by Bank Note Company NY & Cincinnati (name covered by Revenue Stamp). Size 10.5" by 6.5" inches, Canceled. Mining scenes at left and top center, ornate border, 25 blue revenue stamp at left and on reverse. Cancellation square punch holes along bottom and right edge, embossed seal on top left. Signed by E. W. Thayer on Reverse. Very slight fold, otherwise very good condition. Located at Bakerville, Clear Creek County. Title to the company's property was sold due to financial difficulties in 1874 to Charles Mendenhall (formerly president of the Crescent Silver Co.) who created the Stevens Mining Company to mine this property.
