Printed by the Guthrie Daily Leader this affidavit, complaint or Information for Warrant was completed Nov. 20, 1894 at Pawnee, Oklahoma Territory: "Endicott whose first name is unknown...did unlawfully, willfully, maliciously & feloniously sell barter give away & otherwise dispose of Liquor to Indians under charge of an Indian Agent.
