Four papers from the Crocker Family of Sacramento, California. Two Grazing Lease papers from Mary Ives Crocker to Pona Brown for land at Michigan Bar in 1919 and 1920. Mr. Brown was a farmer in the 1920 census. 1924 mortgage for Pona Brown in 1924 when he could finally afford to pay for the land. A 1924 deed requested by Charles H Croker to Joe Put.
