Daguerreotype identified as "Mary Blair Parke Deming's aunt - Watertown, O." From about 1860s. The niece, Mary Blair, was born in 1826 and died in 1903, and is buried in Watertown, according to "Find A Grave." Gold gilt mat with glass, carved wood case with leather wrap. Clasp intact. Approx. 3" x 3.5" x .75".
