Choice sign on tin for the Dalton Museum in Coffeyville. The Dalton Gang robbed Express and other trains and banks from about 1890-1892, when they hit the wrong place, a bank in Coffeyville, Kansas. The brothers were killed there. It marked the end of an era of train robberies. The museum opened in 1963, and this sign may be from that period. About 1 x 2.5 feet. City: Coffeyville State: Kansas Date: hwac# 36218
