Stock no. 218, issued in 1918 for 10,000 shares to WS McCornick. Not cancelled. The purpose was to conduct a general placer mining business in Utah and Nevada. In particular, they were milling old tailings at Dayton leftover from the Comstock Mills processing on the Carson River. There were Dayton placers northwest of Dayton. Original incorporators were George T. Hanson, John H. Leavell, George E. Ford, B. Binnard and E.B. Critchlow.
