Black border and print, vignette of mill. Also pick and shovel vignette on the left border. 25 cent adhesive revenue stamp on the right. Printed by Harrison & Co. Pinhole, folds, a few stains. 5.25 x 9.5" The company owned the Dayton Ledges Nos. 1 and 2 (as printed on the certificate). Not listed in the 1864 Collins Comstock directory. Gillet is also not listed. However, Edward B. Wilder is listed as being the superintendent of the Ophir Mine! Not found on CDNC or in Holabird indexes.
