Rare Colorado mining district railroad. Time Pass No. 199, issued for 1897 to William Hoqarth, trav. auditor. Frank Trumbull as general manager and receiver. Countersigned by H. Michelsen. Endorsed. Printed on cardstock with vignette of pole where the sign hanging also serves as the logo. Heavy soiling and chips, rubbing to corners and edges. This railroad was the reorganized Denver, South Park & Pacific Railroad that was sold at foreclosure in 1889. The Denver, Leadville & Gunnison then became part of the Colorado & Southern in 1899.
