Large floral vignette on the left and a n allegorical woman on the bottom right. Printed by ABN. Folds, pinhole, pen writing in the upper right corner. Not in Filer. According to E&MJ Vol. 61 (Jan. 11, 1896), the company had just been sold at auction in New York. The property consisted of 300,000 acres of land in the District of Abasolo, including 10 silver mines, two ranches, a reduction works, and 14 houses. A Mexican prospector named Don Enrique Miller had discovered the claims and was made the manager of the company when it was organized.
