Pass no 1020 issued for the year 1929. Black print on yellow paper. The Duluth, South Shore and Atlantic Railway (DSS&A) (reporting mark DSA) was an American railroad serving the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and the Lake Superior shoreline of Wisconsin. The Mineral Range Railroad (MRA) is a short line railroad in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, primarily serving the Eagle Mine's Humboldt Mill. It hauls copper and nickel concentrates, interchanging with the Canadian National Railway and Lake Superior & Ishpeming Railroad. The MRA operates on a former Lake Superior & Ishpeming line, with its headquarters in Ishpeming.
