Folds, creased right corner, some foxing. 8.25 x 12" The company had offices in Pittsburgh and Silverton. They owned the Tip-top and Lookout claims, 300 x 1500 feet, situated on the north slope of Silver Mountain, 2 miles NW of Ophir, in the Iron Springs District. Located in 1874.
