Storekeeper Ed Hull acted as purser on several prior voyages of the SS Central America when it was known as the SS George Law. This group includes a one page letter to Hull with another page identifying an eight glass pane window setup Hull was buying for the ship, dated May 4, 1857. Other items include two sealed package wrappings that had unknown contents, with the top central portion containing a now obscured addressee. Another group is a cover and folding 4pp letter sheet that has the ink completely washed away.
