Ephemera group of letters, photos and other ephemera of early aviation engineer and inspector Charles G. Williams. Williams started in the auto industry and later entered the aviation field, doing work for the very early air corps. There are group photos of Williams with co-works and some of the early bi-planes he was uncharge of. There are business letters (One to the War Department dated 1921 and several personal letters telling about his work. Really interesting look into the early 1920s and the aviation industry.
