Beautiful large gold pendant or ornamental piece on costume, circa 100-400 AD. 3 x 3.9", 18.5 grams. The piece comes with a Paul Clifford appraisal of 1981 (LL-13/81). The piece itself is "a repoussed oblong plaque with center pushed out into a large boss." The relief is about 1/2". Multiple panels of artistic design.
