Two treasurer receipts for the North Beach and Mission Railroad Co. Both have dateline San Francisco in 1863. Both also have blue 2 cent adhesive revenue stamps. Signed by the company president, A.J. Bowie, and secretary Henry Baker. 8.25" x 4.25" The North Beach and Mission Railroad Co. was the horsecar rail reincorporation (in 1861) of the earlier omnibus Yellow Line.
