Three vignettes: allegorical woman (upper left), oil derrick operations (center), and American patriot (upper right). 25 cent US IR certificate stamp attached on the bottom right. 6.5 x 12" Pinholes, folds, bent corners. One article from 1890 states there is a shareholder meeting, so the company at least lasted 15 years. Oil Creek is in Crawford and Venango Counties, Pennsylvania.
