Lot of 2 different. 1) No. A1191, issued for 1907 to HP Greenough, supt. of CRI&P Ry. Co. Printed sig. of president. Countersigned and endorsed. Black and red print on blue cardstock. Light wear. 2) 1913 pass also issued to Greenough. Endorsed on reverse. Black and red print on tan cardstock. Some soiling. This railroad operated from Tucson to El Paso and south to Sonora. It served the copper mines of Arizona, having been founded by the Copper Queen Consolidated Co. (Phelps, Dodge) first as the Arizona & South Eastern Railroad in the 1880s. It was renamed El Paso & Southwestern in 1901. This rail was also involved in the Bisbee Deportation of 1917 when over 1,300 striking mine laborers, their families, and some innocent bystanders were loaded onto El Paso & Southwestern cattle cars and deported to Hermanas, New Mexico.
