Group includes: corner ad cover for Manitou House, 1874; two full face pictorial covers for the Barker Hotel, 1890 and 1891; corner cover for The Mansions and Manitou House, 1888; fantastic cc for Cliff House, with full pictorial reverse showing the establishment; pictorial cc for Cliff House, 1889; full face advertising cover for Iron Springs Hotel, 1887; 1884 cover with partial letter; and 1910 postcard. 3) Florissant cover and letter, 1877. Letter discusses life on the ranch. 4) Parker. Two covers: State of Colorado Insurance Dept., 1885; and 1888 cover. 5) Cripple Creek: Hotel Portland cc with personal letter, 1895; corner cover for RW Fleming, Assayer & Chemist, 1896; pictorial cover for Hotel Rio Grande in Canon City with Cripple Creek cancel; and 1902 cover. 6) Fountain: pictorial cc for Geo.
