Indenture entered into between Matthew Smith and Richard Wheatly of Banbury, England in 1721. This was the eighth year of the reign of King George I. It appears that Matthew Smith was indentured to be a servant in the manor of Richard Wheatly. Both of their signatures with seals are at the bottom of this contract. Approx. 26.5 x 24.5 inches, good condition.
