#45 for 5 shares to R. C. Montgomery on June 26, 1863. Signed by secretary C. P. Robinson and president (?). Datelined Aurora, Mono County, Cal. Located in Esmeralda District. Rather unique vignette of miners pushing out ore carts with a celebration. Mill on opposite side of valley. Lithograph by Eastman-Keith. Printed by Valentine & Company. 25c Power of Attorney revenue stamp. Probably incorporated in early May 1863. Two corners are ripped and spotting upper right. Montgomery had a stable in Sacramento opposite of the Court House. Robinson had the Union Stable in Aurora. Harrison Eastman was a rather important lithographer in San Francisco. He was noted for the ëMiner's Ten Commandments' letter sheet and paintings of San Francisco Bay. [Research included]
