Grey border with gold company seal. Vignette of women holding lit light siting on metal cylinder with building in background. Inc. Utah. May 7, 1912. Signed F. H. Plar, sec and J. M. Mon, pres. Eureka Nevada Railway Company was the successor of the Eureka & Palisade Railroad. George Whittell of Lake Tahoe fame, saved the railroad, renamed it, and in 1921 had it running again. The last train ran in 1938. This rare stock was issued and cancelled in 1925. Prag collection.
