Georgetown was established in 1864 when the Belmont (silver) Lode was discovered nearby. By the 1890's the silver had played out.
FYLER & LYNCH/GEORGETOWN/COLO. Aqua, 7/8" tall. , dates c. 1891-92 according to Preble. Fluted base. Except for a few barely perceptible scratches on the shoulder, this bottle is very near mint. No dings, chips or cracks. Please view this extremely rare bottle in person to take in all these details on its condition. Preble reference S179.
