Three separate stock certificates from different Fairbanks, Alaska, based gold mining companies.

1. Reynolds-Alaska Development Company stock certificate, incorporated in Washington, No. A3432, issued to A.J.B. Stauffer for 200 shares ($1 per share) on 1 June 1909.

2. Newsboy Mining Company stock certificate, incorporated in Alaska, No. 42, issued to S.R. Matthews for 500 shares ($1 per share) on 5 June 1912. Signed by Henry Ott (president). Gold embossment, vignettes with high detail.

3. Tolovana Mining Company stock certificate, incorporated in Alaska, No. 562, issued to Joseph R. Mathews for 10,000 shares ($1 per share) on 5 June 1912.

Notably, the Newsboy Mining Company and Tolovana Mining Company certificates depict the same vignette; miners working underground and illuminated by carbide lamps.
