Cancelled with certificate number 655 dated December 2, 1911. Sold to Widdendorf, Williams & Company Fairmont and Clarksburg Traction Company Stock Certificate Company commenced with the the Fairmont & Southern Railway Company within two years. The Fairmont & Clarksburg Electric Railroad and then the Fairmont & Clarksburg Traction Company the following year. In 1912 it merged with the Fairmont & Northern Traction Company and the Clarksburg & Western Electric Railway Company to form the Monongahela Valley Traction Company. In 1923 the name changed to the Monongahela West Penn Public Service Company.
