This business and these proprietors are not listed at Fairview in any of the three Polk Directories, 1907-8. 1912-1913, 1914-1915, nor in any articles or advertisements in newspapers.com or Chronicling America newspapers. The style of token is circa 1907-1909, but more research is necessary. Fairview is a silver mining camp in rural Churchill County that had several key mines including the Nevada Hills Mining Co., and the Dromedary Mine. The latter was made famous a few decades ago when a bomber dropped a bomb down the main shaft in military practice. He was based at the Fallon "Top Gun" flight school, where John Glenn and others have trained for decades. Fairview is off limits as a test flight bombing range. The only Fairview Pool Parlor I could find in America was in Norfolk, Virginia, but it may not have existed before 1920. Pop in 1990: 1, possibly unique.
