Low number 10, issued for ten shares to HP Rollins on Feb. 20th, 1864 in Virginia, N.T. Signed by the president (illegible) and secretary AC Knox. Not cancelled. Black border and print, three vignettes: woman on reindeer (center), dog head (bottom center), and baker (left side). Printed by Gold Hill News Print. Pinholes, folds, toning, old tape residue. 5.25 x 9.25" Rollins is not listed in the 1864 Collins Comstock directory. AC Knox is listed as an attorney and notary public, as well as the secretary for numerous mining companies.
