One ounce .999 fine silver ingot with the "Adriatic No 31" fire wagon on the obverse. "1851" under the wagon's name referred to the date of the fire fighting machine. Harry J. Forman, a Philadelphia coin dealer made the silver art bars under the name of the Madison Mint, beginning in 1972. The Madison Mint of the United States of America, these silver ‘art bars’ as they are called have become collectors’ items that have far exceeded their normal price as bullion.
