Two first cabin receipts that are slightly illegible, for women who were probably rescued by the brig Marine. Each is for passage from San Francisco to New York. Ticket #27 issued to "Angelina Bowly & 2 Infants" (may be incorrect interpretation of the name); the second is ticket #10, Frances Thomas . Both receipts from the purser's safe in 2014 and conserved by the Northeast Document Conservation Center in Andover.
