Reverse: Continents of the western hemisphere, PAN AMERICAN / EXPOSITION / BUFFALO NY VSA / MAY 1 NOV 1 / MDCDI to left, Pan-American monogram to right. Brass, 34mm, AU, HK-289. 2) Second Official Medal, AU, uneven toning. 3) Electric City—Obverse: Buffalo left, PAN-AMERICAN EXPOSITION / 1901. Reverse: Landscape, ELECTRIC CITY / BUFFALO, N.Y. Brass, 19mm, VF, holed as made. With Paul Koppenhaver auction envelope. 4) Globe Pinback—Obverse: Buffalo standing atop glob. Arund the circumstance of the globe, PAN AMERICAN EXPOSITION 1901. Reverse: Pin missing. Brass, 25mm x 36mm, EF, heavily toned. 5) US Mint Steam Press—Obverse: Two females forming the western hemisphere continents. PAN-AMERICAN EXPOSITION BUFFALO N.Y. U.S.A. 1901 in field to left, monogram of the exposition to right. Reverse: Electric Tower, MADE BY FIRST COINAGE PRESS USED IN U.S. MINT / ELECTRIC / TOWER. Brass, 22mm, XF. One of a series of exposition medals struck by George B. Soley on the first U.S. Mint steam press he converted to electricity. The press is on display at ANA headquarters in Colorado Springs. 5,000 medals were struck on the last day of the exposition. With Paul Koppenhaver auction envelope.
