An interesting voucher for a discount on buffer by J.C. Flood paid to the "Agency of Nevada Bank." The sum of $18,000.00 dollars was deposited, at 1/2 %. The voucher is signed by M.H. Lowell. This document has a minor tear, a few tiny wear holes, and age stains. James Clair Flood was one of the Comstock "Bonanza Kings," an icon of Virginia City mining history.
