A 25-cent revenue stamps attached on the left. Black border and print, eagle, and flag vignette. No printer listed. Capitalized at $260,000; 2600 shares at $100 each. District located along the canyon of the East Walker River in the southeastern corner of Lyon County, extending from the vicinity of Wichman Canyon on the north to the Mineral County line on the east and the south.
